At Gold Fox Auto Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

📧 To initiate a return, please email support@goldfoxautocare.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accident
  • Products without original packaging
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card) within 5–10 business days.
  • If your refund is late, please check your bank or contact your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or variation, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
